Since 2006, Shiki Hibachi & Sushi has proudly served the Stamford community with fresh sushi, exciting hibachi, and genuine hospitality.
In 2008, family members Allen Chen and Sam Lu took over the restaurant with a shared vision: to create a place where families, friends, and neighbors could gather over great food and memorable experiences.
Nearly 20 years later, Shiki remains family owned and operated. As we continue to refresh our restaurant and menu, our commitment remains the same—to provide outstanding food, warm service, and unforgettable dining experiences for every guest.
